Payment Options: Thank you for choosing to shop at www.BellyDanceStore.com. We offer many different payment options. Credit cards-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Checks from US customers only. Please note for all checks it takes at least two weeks to process. All orders are shipped after check has cleared. Lastly we accept Western Union and Money Gram. International customers only: Please note that any returns paid with Western Union and Money Gram will automatically become a store credit, no refunds will be issued.
Store: We take customers by appointment only. To make an appointment email: email@example.com or call 443-743-0092 during the regular business hours. *Please note There is a 6% MD tax applied to all in store purchases.Please contact us at least 24 hours prior the date of appointment desire. Customers are welcome during the regular business hours. We also make special accommodations for troupes on weekends and same day appointments are also welcome!
Shipping Information: We work hard to deliver the most high quality costumes to all our customers. We do this by thoroughly checking all items before shipping. Orders are shipped in the order they come in. All items are shipped through the UNITED STATED POSTAL SERVICE. The cost of shipping in the U.S is $15.00.Once shipped it takes approximately 2-3 business days for arrival. The cost of international shipping is $25. Once shipped it takes approximately 7-13 business. It can take up to 3 business days before order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Domestic and international large orders may have additional shipment costs. Bellydancestore is not responsible for any custom fees. We work hard to provide fast shipment to meet all our customer’s needs!
Rush Shipping: The cost of next day delivery is an additional $15.00. Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 11 A.M. Eastern Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 A.M. will ship the following business day. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Returns: You may return unworn or unused merchandise, with all tags attached, within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund minus shipping. You may also return unworn or unused merchandise, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange.
If originally the shipping cost was paid we will bear the cost of shipping for the first exchange. For any reason, the item is returned after the first exchange the customer will need to pay for shipping for the following exchanges. Once a return has been exchanged you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please include the package slip stating you would like a refund or exchange. Once your return has arrived we will issue you a refund or store credit. Bellydancestore is not responsible for any return shipping fees regardless of the reason for return. Merchandise must be in original condition without any stains, marks or smells on them. Items must be packaged to protect their shape. You must get a tracking number for your return. Bellydancestore is not responsible if your return is lost by the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the sender's responsibility. When refunding, BellyDanceStore is not liable for any PayPal fees that may incur. We also ask that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase which can leave marks and scents and will make the item Non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations or items that smell of smoke or have signs of wear. No refund will be issued if any of the tags are removed, reattached, altered, or washed. Please note although you originally may not have paid the full shipping cost, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
Wholesale: Please email us to ask us about our amazing wholesale prices.
Please note, if the items were purchased at wholesale prices or at our extreme discount prices of 20% or more you are responsible for all the actual shipping cost. Your full purchase may be returned within 7 days of receiving it for a refund minus the actual shipping cost. If for any reason the shipping was not paid originally, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund. If for any reason the items must be partially returned, even within 7 days of purchase, they would only be eligible for a credit and not for a refund. If the items are partially returned within the first 7 days of receiving them it is possible to give a refund only if the whole purchase is recalculated to regular prices. If for any reason you have received a free shipping on your discounted purchase, in the event of a full or partial return the actual cost of the shipping will be subtracted from your refund/credit. In the event of wholesale or extreme discount of 20% or more. the shipping cost for any exchanges is your responsibility.
Unclaimed/incorrect address returns: * If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed the customer is responsible for the actual shipping fee or flat rate (whichever is greater) to reship the item.
* If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed and an exchange is requested the customer is responsible for the actual shipping fee or flat rate (whichever is greater) to reship the item.
* If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed and a refund is requested the actual shipping fee or flat rate (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns on layaway: return policy applies except you will receive a store credit for the entire amount minus the shipping. Please note all payments are non-refundable and become a store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made regardless of the reason. If an item was on layaway passed the FOUR months and is returned there may be a 10% restocking fee.
Layaway: Don’t miss out on your dream costume. Now you don’t have to with our flexible payment plan!
You have up to FOUR months to pay on your layaway. To place an item on layaway, a 25% deposit is required. After this initial payment, you will simply need to send one payment per month for the following three months until your balance is paid in full. As soon as we receive your final payment, the item will be shipped to you.
There is a limit of THREE items per customer for layaway. If there is more than one item on layaway the oldest layaway must be completely paid before a recent layaway can be shipped.
If FOUR months have pass or two payments have not been receive BellyDanceStore reserves the right to cancel the layaway and place the item back on the website. You may return a costume that has been on hold for you. The return policy applies except you will receive a store credit for the entire amount minus the shipping.Please note all payments are non-refundable and become a store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made regardless of the reason. If an item was on layaway pass the FOUR months and return or cancel there may be a 10% restocking fee regardless of the reason.
For any reason you are not able to make a payment please contact us email@example.com. We understand that there may be unforeseeable events that cause you to miss a payment. We are very flexible and are willing to work with you.
International Orders: For all international orders please be aware that Belly Dance Store is not responsible for any import/export custom fees that may be charged. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and approximately a percentage of the total cost of the order depending on your country. If you have any concerns, please check with customs in your area before ordering.
Store Credit/Gift Certificate: Store credits and gift certificates are valid for as long as 1 year!!
Clearance Items: We do our best to ensure all items that leave our store are in the best shape. Please be aware that some clearance items may have slight imperfections and may not be specified in the listing. All clearance items are AS-IS! The same return policy applies to clearance items as to non-clearance items.
Troupe/Wholesale Discounts: If you are interested in purchasing a number of items in quantity for your troupe/wholesale, we offer discounts off our regular retail prices. Please email us for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cookies: This site only uses session cookies for ecommerce purposes. Once you leave the site, there will be no cookies left on your machine. Please be sure your browser accepts cookies if you would like to purchase from this site.
